The Chenresig Practice is the most widely practised Tibetan Buddhist meditation which involves recitation, a visualisation and mantras. It is designed to stabilise the mind in compassion.
We will be doing this practice together in Tibetan with English translation. It involves a simple visualisation, reading the text together and reciting the mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum”. Through doing this practice, we invoke love and compassion for all sentient beings in the form of Chenrezig, a symbol of the compassion of all Buddhas. Ringu Tulku wrote an excellent commentary on the practice, which can be bought here.
All are welcome, no previous experience or knowledge of Buddhism required.

Dirk could you send Suzanne and me the Kagyu lineage prayer, the long life prayers for the lineage. And although I think there are others we do not have I cannot remember them yet.
Best wishes
