Calm Abiding Meditation | 7:30 a.m. – 08:30 a.m. | on ZOOM

Every morning there is an online (Zoom) ‘silent meditation’ meeting. Together, we are doing ‘Shamatha’ (Calm Abiding) meditation. Please feel free to drop in and out if you can’t attend the whole meditation. We’ll be there.

Morning Chenresig Practice | 10:00 a.m. – ca. 10:45 a.m.

Lunchtime Medicine Buddha Practice | 1:00 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.

The Medicine Buddha Practice we do on Zoom is a concise Tibetan Buddhist meditation which involves recitation, a visualisation and mantras. It is designed to improve stability and health. It can be done by everybody who has the necessary authorisation.

Silent Meditation | 05:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m. | on ZOOM

Every evening there is an online ‘silent meditation’ meeting on Zoom. Together, we are doing ‘Shamatha’ (Calm Abiding) meditation. Please feel free to drop in and out if you can’t attend the whole meditation. We’ll be there.
